• Geddes Free Range(organic free range chicken and pork),
• Reidchalmai Croft(lamb, pork, game),
• West Highland Organics(bread, vegetables, cakes),
• A-Bun-Dance the bakers - wide variety of continental breads
• Dry Island Seafood - langoustines, prawns, mussels and crabs.

In addition, there are usually producers in addition to these who will participate from time to time. These will all be listed on the front page of the website for each market.
